A Rebellious Traveler of people liberation war: Devendra Paudel ‘Sunil’

No bur guise temptation can stop the man moved with ambition to change the history. No torture from ruler can dismay. There is no other motive except the national interest self pride, question of people’s in whatever difficult higher then peoples welfare and national interest. Devendra paudel, a member of poi lit beaurou of united Nepal communist party (Maoist) is a name known as a common property, hopefully focused by suffering people of the nation.

Born in Amala Chaur vdc ward no. 1 Baglung district in 2021 on paush 28 in a lower middle class family, his children passed in the same village. Mr. Paudel, the youngest son of Mr. Padam Mani upadhyay and Mrs.  Rewati upadhyay was of rebellious nature by birth. He has 3 elder brothers, one elder sister and one younger sister .as elder brothers were active member in communist movement; Sunil was also influenced by it. As major occupation of his family was agriculture, he also became engaged in farming so long as he stayed in the village. He started his formal education in Tribhuwan secondary school located in panyupata of Balewa in Baglung. He passed slc from the same school with second division. After that, he passed IA as a private examinee and I com from Ratnajyoti Campus, Kathmandu. After passing bed from Kritipur, he started his degree in political science. But as he could not get opportunity to complete the requirement of thesis, his education stopped at the same level. In the beginning, intested of paying required attention to his studies, Mr. Paudel became active in production of cash crops such as potato, cauliflower and fruits for 2 years. As his childhood, passed going to take care of domestic goats at grazing playing company with friends and going to school. Mr. Paudel developed the nature of intolerance to injustice. Because of this very nature, he became of this very nature. He became active in ANNSU since his childhood. He got impressed to fight against injustice also from an event to his father made suffer from a false court case platted by a

    After passing SLC his future study could go ahead only in piece meals. But mainly he became active in political activities. In political career, he frequently had to be victim of police custody and imprisonment. During peoples war as well he was kept in head quarter custody dilli bazaar as well for two months in 2055. In course of journey in politics he was imprisoned in 2042 and kept behind the prison bars in dhangadhi imprisonment after one year, he got married with the party as witness with balawati Sharma in 2045. His wife Mrs. Balawati Sharma is also active in politics itself. The only child this couple has is Miss Garima Paudel.

            The Journey of Mr. Paudel in politic starts with affiliation in student organization since 2034. Later in 2035 he got affiliated with all Nepal youth organizations in 2035. He also got membership of the communist party in 2037.

 In 2041 he became the president of the ANNSU of parbat district. He fulfilled the responsibility of president ship along with handling of responsibility treasurer, general secretary and vice president of the central level of ANNSU respectively. He was active in student’s politics for about 15 years, in the party politics as well; he is a member of polite beaurou of Ncp (Maoist) at present, handling increasing responsibilities of district member and member of the regional committee respectively in course of time. he has also handled responsibilities of more then a dozen posts like district in charge ,secretary , regional beaurou in charge ,Zonal beaurou in charge and state committee in charge quite efficiently .

            In course of people’s war, he has handled smaller to bigger dozen of fronts. Along with these, he was equally active in urban movements as well in open period of the party.

            Karl Marx, the great guide of human liberation campaign is the ideal leader and thinker to him. Mr. Paudel has a broader definition of life and love. He has the recognition that although communists have to adjust with nature at best, love with the opposite sex should be based on credence. He emphasizes that love of humanity and love and attachment must be taken as twins.

He has a nature of enjoying songs assessing Nepalese hill sides, waterfalls, Himalayas, hills and Tarai and loitering delightful spots. He likes those films that have massage of nationalism and encounter against injustice. He enjoys reading so far as time may allow. He has casual interest in creation of literature. Usually, he studies books on philosophy, politics and literature; he finds morning to be preferable for readings. He maintains that study and knowledge are really important to political articles are his published literature.

The goal of his life is confrontation for liberation to human beings till the end of life. His visions are new Nepal means glorious, beautiful and developed Nepal.
