The Twenty- First Century And Possibility of Formation of New World

 Having crossed the 20th century, we have entered into the 21st century .The first decade of the 20th century had been the decade the victory from the point of view of socialist movement .Many revolutions were successful in many countries of the world at transformation of culture, rituals and agreed values . In the first half of the 20th century the revolution correlated in soviet Russia led the new age of changing the world being transformed into socialism from capitalism. Gradually the wave spread in Central America, Asia and Africa, passing through Eastern Europe and China. Climbing successful steps the victory campaign that started with the second decade of the 20th century continued up to the seventh decade .Here it must be admitted that there appeared certain limitations and weakness with reference to implementations of socialist ideology and process by reaching the end of the century. However on the whole, it has become an open challenge that defending the achievements of the 20th century and correcting the marked weakness are the major responsibilities that the socialists at present have to tackle. Therefore, for the formation of new world i.e. changing the world it falls on we, the socialists of the 21st century to centralize attention on the following issues :-

 1: we must be able to envisage the new dream of getting victory over imperialism appearing in the beginning of the 21st century in the changed world arena.

2: Once again a conspiracy to mislead people of different caste and religious communities misusing the information technology developed by the man as marked modern success. Socialists of the world are necessary to be careful to this.

3: Learning lessons from the history, it has become necessary to organize and re-organize new revolutionary social parties according to the changed word environment. We have to go forward at formation of socialist parties well prepared with new and enthusiastic determination.

4: Issues of human rights, peace and security may be talked at large scale. But finally, it is based on material strength of state power. At present, imperialists have accumulated different kinds of material network for their security. Formation of the new world is not possible until there is strong protest against them. Therefore, there must be initiation to form a new world military force to go ahead for defense to socialists.

5: New unity of oppressed nations is necessary for the formation of the new world. So there must be initiation for unity among oppressed caste, nations and communities along with strong support to just struggles through the world.

6: It is the felt need of this time to establish anti-imperialist international front. This campaign must be lead ahead actively. Formation of the new world is possible with in 21st century if socialists of the world could concentrate on these issues.
